HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY!!

This year you wanted a
"SPLISH SPLASH BIRTHDAY BASH"
And you GOT IT!

You are just the prettiest, cutest, funnest little girl in all the world!!
I love love love how fun and excitable you are!

And you wanted these little donuts...

I wanted to capture every ounce of you!
I did a WATER color 5 for you to pose in front of.
And by the way thank you for letting me do piggytails!
As long as I say they are "flowers" that I curl up there you are happy.

We did a little decorations outside.
The energy that gets flowing when getting a party ready is so fun.
It really gets everyone pumped!

Then the FUN began!!
We got this inflatable pool and even though it was COLD water, you guys had a BLAST!
You tried going down that slide every which way.
You loved it!
You are by far my most adventurous little one.

Mom made this "kid carwash" just for YOU!
It was pretty fun and kept you entertained for about 5 minutes. ;)

Presents and ice cream!
How awesome to have  a summer birthday and open gifts in the shade of our backyard tree.

Instead of cake you wanted an ice cream sundae bar and you LOVED that the bowls were cones!!
You had a ton of fun!

On your actual birthday I had your presents waiting on the table!
You of course were the first one up!
We waited for sisters and brother and then you dug into your gifts.

BIG GIRL got her 1st backpack!!
You are ready for KINDERGARTEN!
Ahhhhh!!!! Im not!
I of course buy all your gifts and then as you open each one you want to know who it is from.  So I just say somebody.  (Except your traditional bag of M&Ms from Lauren!) Well this dollar store Inside Out journal you opened, I said it was from Dad and you were beyond thrilled.  He got the only hug and big long thank you.  WHAT A STINKER!

Later that morning I got you all dolled up for your birthday pictures...

Oh you are just the most darling baby girl.
I can't believe my BABY is 5.
I remember you being born like it was yesterday.
You have ALWAYS been (with the exception of your first couple weeks) my snugly lovey bug.
I could just eat up that beautiful smiley face.
I love everything about you, even your passionate, sensitive, impatient side.  Those qualities are close to my heart...no doubt I gave them to you.  And you will use them to make this world a better a place.

Then you got to pick a dinner place and you picked HuHot! YUM!!

We came home and had some MORE cake.
There is never too much cake when celebrating a SWEETIE PIE like YOU!!

I love you Brynnly Kathleen with all my heart and soul.
You are my girl and been my best buddy baby love sidekick for 5 years and I don't know how I am going to go through my mornings without you. I can't even think about next year when you'll be in school all day.
Heavenly Father blessed me with you out of pure grace, mercy, and love.  And EVERY SINGLE day I am made better by being able to be your mom and learn and feel LOVE and strength and patience and kindness every single day.
You are the baby of the family for sure!
You still manage to sleep in our bed 75% of the time and 90% if you count you crawling in in the middle of the night.
You are funny and creative.
You love to make messes and don't mind them at all.
I threaten you with a garbage bag and you can clean up like the the best of them then!
At church you always like to find the most filled water cup and show Baylor to let him know you got more.  He's seriously one of your bestest friends, if not THE best, you just don't realize it yet.
You two can play and play and play when left alone.
You love to dance!
In class, at home, anywhere you feel safe.  And you got great moves, always have!
You make up dances to perform for us and we are ASTOUNDED at your choreography!
You are just THE BEST!
I love you, oh I love you soooooo much!
I hold, squeeze, KISS, hug, and love on you EVERYDAY because I just can't get enough of you!

Oh Brynnly Kathleen, this was such a wonderful performance!  YOU ARE SO SUPER TALENTED AT DANCING!  We are all AMAZED, even your teacher said you have natural ability.  You are so serious, I tried to get you to smile, but you were all business, remembering your steps.  YOU DID SUCH A GREAT JOB!! It is so much fun watching you!!  WAY TO GO SWEETHEART!!
