Growing up

Hello My Darling Girl,

Oh how you are growing up.  You want to be my baby as much as I want you to...well maybe not that much.  I asked you this morning if you wanted to just stay home and have me teach you Kindergarten.  You said, "YESSS!"  Then a few seconds later you said, "Well, not everyday.  I want to see my friends."  Your world is expanding.

You still call M&Ms- Ehn-a-mens  and I love it more than anything.  As long as you're doing that, you're my baby girl.
You took this picture of your feet and I found it on my phone.  OH how I adore these toes!!  ANd in your bling flip flops!!  I LOVE EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING ABOUT YOU!!

Christmas is so magical to you this year.  You can remember some things that are tradition, and for the first time you're not terrified of the Grinch, although when overly tired a couple nights ago you did cry pretty hard at bed time worrying he'd come in our house.  Oh how I love your imagination and innocence.

I love how you snuggle.  Even if we can get you to go to sleep in your bed, USUALLY by laying down with you, you end up every morning in my bed.  And if I get up before you, you always yell at the top of your lungs, "MOOOOOOOOM" when you wake up.  When I get up there you have a pouty look on your face as if I have betrayed you by leaving the bed, and all it takes, every single time, is covering you in kisses on your cheeks and in your neck and you will be smiling away and happy for the day.  You ask for back rubs and more snuggles too.

Our trickiest thing right now is what you'll wear to school.  You have VERY independent ideas.  You love leggings, BUT only if they are plain and have no print on them.  You despise printed leggings and that is a bummer because they are what is IN right now.  ANd you have some CUTE ones.  You have lots of cute clothes that you refuse to wear.  I get so frustrated.  I'll try to be calmer and nicer about it.
