GIRLS TRIP TO SEATTLE

We took a GIRLS trip to Seattle!  

I love being with my GIRLS!!

So much FUN!  I am soooo blessed to have THREE AMAZING daughters!!

The drive was only about 3 hours and it was the perfect amount of time for you.

We watched Frozen (of course) and then we were about there!

You stayed up late with me and Lauren which results in....

 Brynnie Pie you are NOT a morning person!  But once you get going, you get it going!

 We had breakfast at a yummy waffle place.  (Your tongue is very prevalent in this trip!)

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE that you're only 3.

3 has ALWAYS been the BIG age.  The age when my kids are getting bigger, but I guess because you're the baby of the family, 3 means, "awwww, she's only 3" and you're still treated very much like the "baby".  You're sooo adorable and squishy and silly and fun, you just add so much joy to our lives!

 Seattle wasn't that exciting of a place,  But once we found this you were VERY HAPPY!

 More silliness!!  Seattle definitely has it's own vibe.

 

 We had a lovely lunch at a seafood restaurant.  You ate well since I told you it was chicken!  :)

Brynnly Kathleen you are so special.  I love you and I love that you came when you did, so that I can always have a baby to dote on, to snuggle with, to hold and smother with kisses.  You are balm to my soul, an extra gift from God that gives me always ONE MORE blessing to be eternally grateful for.  I love you with all my heart and soul.

So Many New Skillz

 Lauren was teaching you Bs how to say the pledge of allegiance in Target while julia tried on shoes.  HA!!  You look like you're trying to soak in every word!  TOO CUTE!!

We went skiing!!  YOU went skiing!!  You did soooooo good baby girl!!  You weren't really afraid at all.  You were SUPER patient as I had to teach MYSELF AND your sisters how to do it first.  You just played and played in the snow.  Right in the middle of a lesson you just laid down and made a snow angel!  YOU'RE SO PRECIOUS!! I LOOOOVE YOU!!!

At the beginning of March it was nice out so I gave you a few bike riding "lessons".  You are just the opposite of ALL your siblings, you can peddle like a champ but have no clue how to stop.  You will not brake!  It kills me!  I wonder if it because you're left handed?  Do you do everything backwards?

You are sooooo CUTE!!!

And I love that you use B's old bike, you're not picky.

Jam Making!!

Now this isn't especially new, we've been making jam forever, but you STEALING a lick of Baylor's ice cream sandwich while making jam, that's impressive.

"push pause mom!"  it makes Baylor very confused.

The other day Baylor came up and I asked if he had eaten all his chicken nuggets (he came up awfully fast).  He said yes.  And I DOUBLE checked.  He assured me and I let it go.  Then in you come, all cheery and accomplished.  You tell Baylor, "I gave my nuggets to Moby too!"

WHAT?!?!?

I looked at you...I looked at Baylor.  And you BOTH knew.
So I ask in my "you are in so much trouble voice", "DID YOU FEED YOUR LUNCH TO MOBY!?!?"
And you look super guilty and sad and scared and say, "First I have to tell you...Im sorry."

Oh my gosh. MELT. My. Heart.

Then you shake your head yes.

Well you are not in trouble becasue A) you told the TRUTH right away.

B) You were Sorry and soooo CUTE about it!

Brother on the other hand- BUSTED!

NEVER letting go!

I wish I would never forget what you sound like.  How you are right now.TODAY. You are so cute and perfect! You are sensitive and infuriating at times too!  You always want your way!! Immediately. You will bend to my will, usually after a fit, but you do and you are always QUCIK to say, "sorwee mom" in your saddest voice.  You are a GOOD girl, but you have a lot of emotion and passion that you will have to learn to control throughout your life.

So little and obedient.  You are loved at school.  Each mom always tells me what a good girl you are and how hard you concentrate on your work.  I LOOOVE hearing that!!

 Um, have I mentioned how hilarious you are?!?!

Clothes are always optional around out house, not sure why... you kids like the freedom I guess.

You love this white board.  You are always drawing and practicing letters on it.  Your new thing is writing your name like this EYLNNYRB.  Backwards and with an E on the end.  You INSIST your name have an E in now, I think because you here the 'E' sound at the end of Brynnly.

Today two simple things I heard that just melt my heart and recorded writtenly won't do them justice, but none the less....

you and Baylor were collecting books and movies to play library.  i love that you aply this, but hate that inevitably am the one pikcing up, reshelfing, and putting away your library.  anyway, you asked AFTER putting everything out.."can we play librawee?"  I said yes and you yelled to Baylor, "she said YES" and he yelled back, "lets play it then!"  makes me laugh.


I was washing your red ring around your mouth and asked what did you eat that was so red?  It is 10 in the morning.  You didn't knwo then i it dawned on me... KOOL-AID?  you sheepishly look at me and said, "baylor got me some" as if you could pass the blame to him.  again, makes me laugh.

YOU ARE THE CUTEST!!!  Above all right now you LOVE dancing to Let It Go, from the Frozen soundtrack. I made a video of you singing and dancing to it and it was a huge hit on facebook, all my friends were going crazy over your theatrics!  My goodness girlfriend you got THE moves!  I wish I could put it on my blog!  It is classic.  Here you are wearing a glove and being Elsa.  You love Elsa!

I can not get enough of YOU!  Can you tell....

 This Valentine's was especially sweet because you kept telling me that I was your Valentine.  When Baylor said I could be his you went NUTS telling me NO, that I was YOUR Valentine.  I love each of you children, you are each so special and important to me.  And you my baby girl are just my best friend, my great love.  I love how much you love me, it has always been this way since you were a baby, I was your most favorite person and I hope to always live up to that and earn that title. Happy Valentine's Day, MY Valentine.
