PRESCHOOL GRADUATION!

YOU DID IT!!
We did it!

I wanted to teach you this year and wanted you to have friends, so it went from two other little friends to five and all year we had a GREAT time!
Eva Ahlstrom, Avyn Gurney, Luke Prestwich, YOU, Lily Gutierrez, Ben McFadden
I was able to use a lot of what I knew about teaching to creating a pretty good curriculum.
Since it was free I only did two days a week, but always had enough plans for three days.

You are such a good hardworking student!
I know you're going to shine in Kindergarten!
Our end of year program was awesome!
Everybody was presents these scrapbooks I had you work on, but you guys were all surprised to see the many pictures I added.  You got to sit with Grandma, who came up for this, and go through it with her while I took pictures.

You sang a few songs and were given diplomas and these treats..
It was FUN!
And Im glad its DONE!

Brynners, you are my silliest happiest little girl.  You like things to be just right and by right I mean your way!  You are a big rule follower and always do your best. You are a good friend to others and also pretty independent.  You are by far my most creative child, you love drawing, painting, and creating things out of any scraps or materials you can find.  You have been a "mag pie" since being itty-bitty and that quality carries over into your creativeness.  It has been such a joy to teach you preschool, I just love and adore you with ALL my heart!!

Vegas / Beverly Hills Trip

My girl my girl my girl!!!
I took you with on a VERY special mother mother daughter daughter trip!
YOU LUCKY LITTLE LOVE BUG!
On the plane ride here we hit a "bump" and the plane dropped significantly and our tunnies all dropped.  You HUGE EYED looked at me and said, "that was like a Roller Coaster!!" Scared us!!
Not sure if you'll remember much of this trip, but I hope somethings will stick.
I'll record my favorite moments with YOU and Grandma...
Being at the Flamingo:
This was my Grandma's favorite hotel in Las Vegas, I stayed their a lot when she would come visit us.  So I know the Flamingo really good.  We went to walk around the pool area and see the birds.  There used to be penguins, but not anymore.  You were bummed out by that.

 First time on the STRIP!
You were getting grumpy, so I knew just what you needed....ICE CREAM!  We went across the street to the oh so fancy Serendipity and splurged on a lovely mint ice cream sundae with 3 spoons!

Then it was across the next street to the Bellagio and watching the Water Show!
YOU LOVED IT!
Every time it ended you wanted to wait for it to come back.
We thought it was every hour, but it turned out to be about every 10/15 minutes and each time you'd say, "I TOLD YOU IT WOULD COME BACK!"
You were so cute!!
We went inside the Bellagio and stopped by the CHANEL store!  HA!
Then there was the beautiful atrium.  It was decorated for Chinese New Year.  When I told you it was all Mulan, you were enthralled.  You gave me some pretty sweet poses!
Grandma was so happy we were there.

On Monday early morning we headed to California to take her to a very fancy special restaurant... The Ivy.
This is where all the coolest most famous people eat!  We felt super fancy.  Before lunch we walked around the fancy neighborhood and I pretended to be the paparazzi to you and Grandma!  Heehee!!

We looked the part for sure, I bet nobody even guessed I got your sparkly beautiful outfit at WALMART! HA!!
There was NO kid menu and NO kids there!  It was WAY TOO expensive!  BUt you my lil darling where there and just precious!  I had to remind a couple times about MANNERS!  Like when you were lovin the lemons!  HA!
 That's better!  Gorgeous Luv!
Your $28.00 bowl of pasta arrived and I helped you eat it because even though the dinner cost twice as much as your outfit, I didn't want it stained.  That cracks me up.  I LOVE being you mom!!  I love taking care of you and I love taking you out and having these experiences with you!

Holy Moly!  Then the waiter brang THIS OUT!  He said "for your birthday", and I was super confused!  But I think he was just being nice.  We thoroughly enjoyed this, it was so BIG!  The cake was just smooth as silk and yummy.  It was soooo FUN to play Richy Riches for an afternoon.
Before we headed back to LV we drove around CA.  We found the Hollywood sign....
 and Hollywood Blvd....
We walked and walked and walked down Hollywood Blvd.  We saw right where the Oscars were going to be the next week and walked the exact path of the stars!  Super cool.  Hollywood Blvd is super nasty though and Im glad you were too little to know what most of the stuff down there was all about!  Ew!

Back in Vegas we hung out.  Oh man I was soooo HAPPY you were with me.  If Im not being a mom I feel kind of weird.  There is NO ONE I'd rather be with than my family!!
You and Me, Missy, We Have FUN Together!!
I visited my BFF and you didn't want anything to do with her little boy Finn.  You're a bit of a snob.  HA!
You played at cousin Gavin's school and had Grandpa Alan read to you at the library.  We had such a grand time.
We were READY to come HOME though!!  You MISSED your sisters and Brother!
You are so easy to travel with, always have been.
You like ordering your drink and playing games or watching movies.
LOVE YOU GIRLFRIEND!!
